Low Mileage - 10% up to 5,000 miles / 5% for 5,001 to 10,000 miles

AutoPak

The AutoPak enhancement will be applied to all full coverage policies where a Companion Policy exists for no premium charge. If no Companion Policy exists, AutoPak can be purchased for $25 per vehicle, with a max of $50 per policy. Coverages are:

Accidental Airbag Discharge
Auto Loan / Lease (GAP) - for 36 months/45,000 miles
Excellent Driver Reward - Deductible credit of $250 for SDIP 99,98,00
New Car Protection - No depreciation in case of a total loss for 12 months/15,000 miles
Pet Injury - Up to $500 per accident for injury or death to insured dog or cat (certain breeds excluded).

The Arbella Customer Care Package
Arbella's new Customer Care Package will include five new enhanced coverages for customers, all at no additional cost to the customer:

New Vehicle Replacement Cost Coverage – 100 percent replacement cost of a new car should it be totaled.
Enhanced Coverage for Towing and Labor – Arbella will pay for a longer range of towing services for those customers who select towing coverage.
Enhanced Rental Coverage – Arbella will pay for longer periods of time and larger vehicles.
Trip Interruption – Arbella will provide this unique benefit. Should a customer's trip be interrupted due to mechanical breakdown further than 100 miles from their home, Arbella will cover expenses incurred (such as hotel).
Replacement Cost on Mechanical Parts (tires, batteries, etc) – Arbella will pay 100 percent of the replacement cost of parts damaged in a motor vehicle accident.
